The herewith General Terms of use (henceforth, “General Conditions”) apply, alongside the Privacy Policy, the access and use, to the user, and to website www.coompy.es (henceforth, “The Website”), as well as to the acquisition of the products and services offered. By accepting the General Conditions, the user expresses:
a. That he/she has read and understood its contents.
b. That he/she has sufficient capacity to contract. (***)
c. That he/she assumes all obligations set forth herein.
The use of this website attributes the condition of user of the Website (henceforth “The User”) and implies acceptance of all terms if the website’s General Conditions. The User must read carefully these terms and conditions each and every time he/she accesses the Website for the Website as well as its General Conditions might be modified.
The Bearer of the Website reserves the right to make, at any time and without any previous notice, changes and updates to Website’s content, services, General Conditions and to the elements that make up the design and configuration of Website.
The modification of the General Conditions will not affect the property or promotions acquired prior to the change.

2.1. Access to the Website
The access to the Web site is free of any charge except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the service provider contracted by the user.
2.2. Need to register
In general, to access and browse the contents of the Website, the registration of a user is not necessary. The use of certain services and content may, however, be subject to prior registration.

II .- Not to introduce or spread data programs in the network (viruses and harmful software) susceptible to cause damage to the access provider’s computer system service, its suppliers or third Users of the Internet.
III .- Not to diffuse, transmit or make available to third parties any information or content element that undermines fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized by the Constitution and international treaties.
IV .- Not to diffuse, transmit or make available to third parties any information or content element that constitutes unlawful or unfair advertising.
V. – Not to diffuse unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, advertising materials, "junk mail", "chain letters," "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial areas) that have been designed exclusively for it.
VI .- Not to input or spread any false, ambiguous or inexact information and content that may mislead its recipients.
VII .- Not to supplant other users by making use of their usernames for different services and / or contents of the Website.
VIII .- Not to diffuse, transmit or make available to third parties any information or content element that involves a violation of the rights of intellectual property, patent, trademark or copyright that corresponds to the holders of the Website or third parties.
IX .- Not to diffuse, transmit or make available to third parties any information or content element that involves a violation of the secrecy of communications and the personal data legislation.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless COOMPY to any possible claim, fine, penalty or punishment that it may come obliged to endure as a result of breach by User of any of the usage rules outlined above, furthermore, COOMPY reserves itself the right to seek compensation for damages and losses as appropriate.
2.4. Exclusion of Liability
COOMPY assumes no responsibility for the possible lack of updates in this site, nor does it guarantee that the information published in here is accurate or complete. Therefore, the user must confirm that the information published is accurate and complete before taking any decisions related to any of the services or contents described in this Website.
User access to the Website does not imply COOMPY any obligation to supervise the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. The availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs is, solely, attributed to the User.
COOMPY does not hold responsibility for any damages caused to the software and/or hardware of the users or third parties during the use of services offered in the Website.
COOMPY assumes no liability over damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of failure or disconnection of the provider networks, resulting in the suspension, cancellation or termination of the services of the Website.
2.5. Contents and services linked to the Website
The Website’s access service includes technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that allow the User log in to other web sites and online portals (henceforth “Linked Websites).
In these cases, COOMPY will only be liable for the contents and services supplied on the Linked Sites to the extent it is fully aware of their illegality and has not deactivated the link with due diligence. In the event of the User considering a Linked Website to be of unlawful or inappropriate content, COOMPY may be notified but under no circumstances the notice will entail obligation to remove the corresponding link.
Under no circumstances, will the existence of Linked Websites correspond to formal agreements between with those responsible or owners thereof, recommendation, promotion or identification of COOMPY with demonstrations, contents or services provided by such.
COOMPY does not know the contents and services of the Linked Websites and will not, therefore, be held liable for any damages neither caused by the unlawfulness, quality, unavailability, error or uselessness of the content and/or services of the Linked Websites nor for any other damage that can be not directly attributed to COOMPY.
2.6. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All contents of the Website, this includes, but is not limited to, the texts, pictures, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and any other audiovisual or sound content, as its graphic design and source codes are copyrighted to and intellectual property of COOMPY or third parties and none of its exploitation rights recognized by current regulation in force should not be regarded as assigned to the User
The trademarks, trade names or logos are owned by COOMPY or third parties alone and the access to the Website does not assign any right to them.
Over all content freely published by the User on the Website, this meaning, videos, photographs and any comment, opinion or description (henceforth "Content"), the user grants to COOMPY a free license of use without any time or territory limitation. On the basis of this license, COOMPY will be able to freely exploit the rights of reproduction, transformation, distribution and publication of the Content, with the sole purpose of providing the services requested by the user.
3. Ad highlight services
The user has various ad highlight options available at COOMPY. Some of these services have its contents and operations available on the "Premium" option of the Website, these services require that you send through the secure papay gateway page, needed to activate each service anfd final price (VAT inclusive).
4. Nullity and inefficacy of the clauses
In the event of any clause in these General Conditions declared totally or partially invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability will only affect the specific provision or part thereof that is invalid or unenforceable, these Terms and Conditions will subsist to all other parts, considering such part or provision as not included.
5. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
COOMPY and the User agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of goods or services covered by these General Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise provided by the law.
Privacy policy
1. Incorporation of files of personal data to COOMPY ROOMMATES, S.L.
Pursuant to the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (henceforth "Data Protection Act”), it is informed that all personal data provided by the User via the Website www.coompy.es (henceforth "The Website") will be included in the lists owned by COOMPY roommates, SL (henceforth "COOMPY") for the following purposes: to provide the services requested by the user, and to keep the User informed, including by electronic means about COOMPY products and services.
The completion of all data requested by the Website is required for the optimum delivery of the services available to the user. If all information identified as “optional” is not supplied, COOMPY does not guarantee that the required information and services will be properly delivered or adjusted to the necessities of the User.
2. Commercial Correspondence
COOMPY may send the User messages of a commercial nature, also by electronic means, relating to products and services from other companies that belong to the sectors of real estate, finance and insurance, energy, food and beverage, publishing, charities and NGOs, telecommunications, leisure, training, personal hygiene and household products, cosmetics, automotive and textiles and fashion.
COOMPY will, likewise, be able to pass the User’s personal details to third party companies of the activity sectors previously described, for the purpose that these companies are able to send, also by electronic means, commercial communication regarding their products and services.
The User may freely refuse to the contents of this clause, by ticking the appropriate box featured on the user registration form.
3. Exercise of rights
The User can exercise its rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition under Data Protection Act, by written communication addressed to COOMPY, Provenza street, 135, Pral. 2 ª, 08036 Barcelona, Spain, or by e-mail
. In both cases the concerned User should attach a copy of its national identity card, passport or other valid form of ID.
4. User Data transmissions
The user is aware and accepts that for the provision of certain services offered by COOMPY, information of a personal nature, such as introductory videos, pictures and other profile or contact details, is required and may be viewed by other internet users, also those situated in a third country that may not have an adequate level of data protection.
Before providing personal details of any third parties on the Website, the User must obtain prior express consent, having informed any third parties of the terms featured in this Privacy Policy. The User agrees to indemnify the COOMPY against any possible claims, fines or penalties that may come forced to endure as a result of breach by User of the duty described in this paragraph.
5. “Cookies”
